As an employee benefits client executive, Kelly serves as a client and employee advocate and advisor. She works closely with clients to understand their long-term goals and strategically analyzes ways to contain costs through various plan improvements and innovative solutions.
Before joining Van Wyk, Kelly focused on business development in the IT industry. Focusing on employee benefits allows Kelly to provide solutions for an entire organization to attract and retain quality employees. Kelly is a Grand Valley University graduate with a bachelor’s in marketing and is a licensed resident Life, Accident, and Health agent in Michigan.
