Registration: By completing the registration process, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and enter into a binding agreement with Van Wyk Risk Solutions for your attendance at the conference.
Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tracip@vanwykcorp.com.
Substitutions: Attendee substitutions are not permitted unless requested in writing to tracip@vanwykcorp.com.
Changes to the Program: While we endeavor to adhere to the conference program as advertised, Van Wyk Risk Solutions reserves the right to make changes, including alterations to the schedule, speakers, or venue, if necessary. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes via email.
Liability Waiver: Van Wyk Risk Solutions and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred by attendees during the conference or related activities.
Photography and Recording: Photographs, videos, and recordings may be taken during the conference for promotional and archival purposes. By attending the conference, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the conference. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by Van Wyk Risk Solutions may result in expulsion from the conference.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in conference materials, presentations, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of such materials is prohibited.
Force Majeure: Van Wyk Risk Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or labor disputes.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kent County, Michigan.
Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
