As Executive Receptionist, Tricia is the friendly and helpful voice Van Wyk's clients hear when they call our main number and the first person to warmly greet them when they arrive at our office. Her goal is to assess a client's needs and direct them to the right Van Wyk professional. She is also the main contact for certificate of insurance requests.

Aside from performing general administrative and office support activities, Tricia also serves as Marketing Assistant, putting her flair for graphic design and her advanced technology skills to work as she assists Van Wyk's Vice President of Marketing with database management, the development of marketing materials and much more.

Tricia earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Western Michigan University and won the Presidential Scholar Award from the university's Construction, Manufacturing and Industrial Design department. She is also licensed in property and casualty insurance by the State of Michigan.
