Patti was the first employee Max hired, and she celebrated her 20th anniversary with the company in 2008. As Commercial Client Manager, Patti is an integral part of a commercial client's account team. She provides technical support and analysis, works with insurance carriers on behalf of our clients, and fulfills daily client service needs and requests.
Patti has more than 25 years of industry experience. While she is versed in many areas of risk management and insurance, Patti specializes in loss-sensitive and captive programs. She serves a wide variety of clients, including those in the retail, manufacturing and contracting industries.
Patti is a dedicated and active volunteer with Kids Food Basket and Gilda's Club Grand Rapids.
