As Commercial Client Executive, Dan serves as an account leader and advisor for Van Wyk's commercial clients. He works closely with the client managers to deliver innovative risk management solutions and exceptional service to our clients. In addition, Dan's legal expertise enables Van Wyk to add yet another valuable service to our suite of comprehensive risk management solutions.
Dan is knowledgeable in contract interpretation and negotiation, corporate due diligence, business law, mergers and acquisitions, and general risk management and liability consulting.
While he is versed in many areas of risk management, one of Dan's specialty practice areas is captive programs and other risk transfer solutions, and he puts his extensive experience in the furniture manufacturing industry to work for Van Wyk's clients as well.
